Lotsa people query us - why is our Crocs are much much more cheaper? These are the reasons:- 1. We get the stocks from our supplier who has a guaranteed Crocs license and these Crocs are directly shipped from factory in China. 2. We don't have to pay for shop rental fees. 3. We don't have to pay for workers.
And they query us back does these Crocs are 100% original? What we can say is "YES, we only sell 100% original Crocs!" We can sell the imitate version if we want to, but we just don't want. We can bet the quality is not the same - for those who already familiar with Crocs, you'll knew it!

CROCS SIZING GUIDE
1) Place a piece of blank paper or A4 paper on a hard floor. 2) Stand on the paper wearing a sock of medium thickness. 3) Holding a pencil vertically, place a mark at the end of your heel. 4) Place another mark at the tip of your longest toe. 5) Mark the sides of your foot at the widest part. 6) Measure your other foot using the same method. 7) To find your size,please refer the measurements in milimeters/inches below. 8) If your measurements are between two sizes, or you find one foot's measurement larger than the other, always move up to the large one.

HOW TO ORDER
BY EMAIL Step 1: Feel free to browse all our Crocs model and check its status. Step 2: Send an email to email@example.com with Subject: CrocsMarche Order/Enquiry and include below details in your email:- Name: Contact Number: Crocs Model: Color: Size: Quantity: Shipping Address: Step 3: Wait for our reply/email to confirm the item availability. Step 4: Settle your payment and send us the copy of your payment transaction. Step 5: Once we received the copy of your payment transaction and confirmed that the payment has credited to our account, we'll send u the goods!
BY SMS: Step 1: Send a SMS to 012-9713635 or 012-3600500 and include details as above. Step 2: We'll check for the availability and inform u thru SMS. Step 3: Make your payments and SMS us the account number you've used in the payment transaction. Step 4: Once we confirmed your payment has been made and confirmed that the payment has credited to our account, we'll send u the goods!
RESERVATION OR BOOKING
1) You can reserve your shoe with us by paying RM 20 deposit only. This deposit must be made at least 2 days from reservation date. Else, the item will be open for sale. 2) Maximum booking period is 1 month only. If you still failed to settle the balance of payment after this period, the item will be open for sale and only 50% of your deposit will be refund. 3) 50% deposit will be refund if you canceled your reservation. 4) 100% deposit refund if the reserved item is not available.
C.O.D (Cash On Delivery)

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT
1) Full Payment must be made to our Maybank or CIMB Account. 2) Account No. will be provide when purchases has been confirmed. 3) Item will only be processed after payment is successfully received by us. If it's delayed due to interbank transfer, you will have to wait before your shoes getting posted. 4) If you use cash deposit machine which only accept RM10/50/100 notes, please provide your Maybank/CIMB account number for us to refund your extra money back. 5) CrocsMarche will not be responsible for any loss/failure during online banking transaction on your side.
By COD: 1) Pay on the spot when collecting the items. 2) Deposit RM 20 is required if you would like to collect the shoes after 5 days of booking/order date.
We will send your goods thru POSLAJU Malaysia and the rates as below:- POSLAJU West Malaysia - starts at RM5 and above* POSLAJU East Malaysia - starts at RM7 and above*
*Depending on quantity, location and model
REFUND AFTER SHOE RECEIVED
1) 100% refund of shoe's price if the product did not meet the expected quality due to the manufacturing defect. 2) 85% refund of shoe's price if wrong sizing info by customer BUT tag MUST NOT be cut off yet. 3) Strictly NO REFUND if there is no tag (e.g has been lost, thrown away by customer)
